HOW DO I REFUND?
Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. Just Genetics is not legally obligated to give refunds off the purchase price, or gift cards on items, or exchange them simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase. We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
To obtain a refund you must meet these requirements:
- The item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose.
- You provide a Just Genetics receipt as proof of purchase
- Does not apply to accessories or undergarments
- Does not apply to goods that are soiled or damaged by the customer
- Goods must retain all original labels and packaging
- You return the item within a reasonable time after purchase

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving the returned goods. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Alternatively you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org
