Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. Just Genetics is not legally obligated to give refunds or exchange any items simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.
- To obtain a refund you must meet these requirements:
- The item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose
- You provide a Just Genetics receipt as proof of purchase
- Does not apply to accessories or undergarments
- Does not apply to goods that are soiled or damaged by the customer
- Goods must retain all original labels and packaging
- You return the item within a reasonable time after purchase

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving the returned goods. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your refund once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to refund an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Refund Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Alternatively, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
