All sales are final, however, there may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Exchange Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Exchange Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you wish to exchange an item simply because you changed your mind (including change of size and/or colour), we will exchange your item subject to the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- A Just Genetics receipt as proof of purchase must be provided
- Does not apply to accessories or undergarments
- Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Goods must retain all original labels and packaging
Exchanged good must be of equal or lesser value to the original purchase item. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Return postage costs will be at your expense. In the case the items returned are faulty or not as ordered, Just Genetics will cover the redelivery charge of sending the items back to you*.
Exchanges will be returned to you by regular, trackable post.
In the instance that your request is not available, we will issue you with a credit note. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Just Genetics. Please contact email@example.com before returning goods to Just Genetics.
*Unfortunately we cannot accept international exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you will need to return it for a credit note and place a new order.
SHIPPING AN EXCHANGE
We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We make every endeavour to deliver an order by the date and/or times requested, however, delivery times are estimates only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on the weight of the product. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
Please provide us with accurate delivery details, as we cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect delivery due to incorrect details. If you provide us with incorrect delivery details and parcels need to be redelivered or redirected, you will incur the additional charges. In the event that you provide inaccurate details and the parcel is left at the wrong address, we will not be
able to recover the parcel so a new order will need to be placed by you, incurring full replacement costs.

- Left address/ unknownRefused
- RefusedUnclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended period of time
- Unclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended period of timeInvalid or closed military designated unit or zip code
- Invalid or closed military designated unit or zip code
- Not located at address provided
If you do not wish to pay re-delivery charges or if your product is no longer available, Just Genetics will refund your purchase minus the shipping fees given the goods have been returned to Just Genetics in original condition. This includes shipping fees for ‘free shipping’ purchases.
Please know that all items returned for the above reasons are automatically returned to stock for ordering.While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being
provided to us.
If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
